Kindly find below notice from DHL for reference, DHL will charge Demand Surcharge (known as Peak Season Surcharge) effective 01 Oct., 2026 until 05 Feb., 2027.

Therefore, all DHL service shipment on/after 30 Sep., 2026 will be charged with this Demand Surcharge (with FSC) and same will be billed back at cost.
